As well as a Business Operations/Consultancy specialist, I am a coach and mentor - often a hybrid of the two as an experienced common-sense sounding board - to individuals and small business owners.  I support those who want to develop, want to change, want to grow… 

You may be stuck and feel you have few options; or swamped with too many! You may have a need to improve in certain areas, tackle certain challenges or take steps towards goals. You may have lost some clarity around ultimate goals or struggling to identify those steps.

Whatever the objective, challenge or concern, knowing that someone independent of your work and wider life is in your corner can be a great benefit. I aim to help you gain focus and direction, clarity of thought & action and altogether feel more supported and 'sorted', be it from a personal, career or business perspective.

I have spent over 25 years in a variety of quite different, hands-on, relatively senior, and mostly people-focused roles in Technology, Banking, Insurance & Recruitment firms, and most recently in a broad senior role in growing a management consultancy.

Throughout my career(s), my approach has been to try to support, encourage and help develop individuals, particularly when in tight situations, or with specific challenges, or in navigating their way though the often opaque maze of career progression and options.  I have informally coached, mentored and/or supported people at many levels and career stages, be they recent graduates, team members, peers or more senior... And, along with my own experiences of being coached, my approach is now bolstered by ICF accredited training in Leadership coaching.
